There will be new entertainment at the Maltings Pavilion on Thursday evenings. The Solebay Jazz Band, who have played a regular Thursday evening slot in the Waveney Valley for over 20 years at the Tally Ho and more recently at the Flixton Buck, will be presenting their unique style of jazz at the Maltings Pavilion. This is a new slant for the entertainment usually on offer at the Maltings as it will definitely not involve a ball but hopefully will be equally if not more enjoyable.
They played their 1st session on Thursday evening, 10th November, and most of the audience thought the Maltings Pavilion had great accoustics and that the evening went well. Whether they were simply being kind we will find out next Thursday @ 8.30pm when the Jazz starts playing again.
