Nov 16 : Halesworth 2 - 2 Bungay Under 10c
Bungay travelled to Halesworth hopeful of ending their recent run of defeats. In the first half Bungay put lots of pressure on their opponents but were unable to create any clear chances. It was eventually Halesworth who took the lead with a half volley from a corner. In the 2nd half Bungay’s pressure paid off, and Sam.Y found the bottom corner to finish off a fine passing move and make it 1-1. Callum soon put Bungay ahead with a close range shot. Bungay pushed forward for a third goal but a long clearance from Halesworth found Bungay asleep at the back and the opposition forward nipped in for an equalizer. Bungay set about restoring their lead but the final whistle was blown, a little bit earlier than the Bungay fans expected, to mark the end of a good game. Bungay's M.O.M : Callum.

Nov 9 : Gorleston Rangers B 8 - 1 Bungay Under 10c
Before the kick-off both teams showed their mark of respect for Remembrance Sunday with 30 seconds of silence. The first half then saw end to end football, but while Bungay's attacks were stopped by  solid defending, Gorleston had no such problems at the other end, finding the back of the net 5 times. Bungay's closest effort was Herbie's header against the crossbar.
The 2nd half was a similar pattern with Gorleston finding the net 3 more times and Sam.F scrambling 1 in for Bungay.

This was by far the heaviest defeat Bungay have experienced, and all the midfield must realise they have to help their defence throughout the match. Despite the 8-1 scoreline it was a close game, with Gorleston just having the edge in defence, midfield and attack.

Bungay's M.O.M : Sam Y’s mum for quality buns.

Nov 2 : Bungay Under 10c 3 - 4 St Benets Wasps A
Bungay were at home to local rivals St Benets. In the 1st half Bungay played their best football so far this season with some good passing across the pitch. Unfortunately St Benets had their shooting boots on and scored 3 times from long range shoots, and a powerful header from a corner. Callum got one goal back for Bungay.

In the 2nd half Bungay continued passing the ball well and Sam.F was quick to pounce on the goalie's slip to get another goal back. Callum then scored a brilliant goal, showing great determination and skill to run down the left touchline and fire in a shot from a tight angle to make it 4-3. Time ran out before Bungay could get an equalizer, but some positives to take into the next match.

Bungay's M.O.M : Callum

Oct 19 : Loddon Grasshoppers B 1 - 0 Bungay Under 10c
Bungay were facing Loddon B away, a team they had beaten easily last season, although this game turned out to be one to forget in a hurry.
The first half was evenly matched. Calum tried hard to get the team's passing going but needed more support from the others. Bungay missed 2 good chances, but it was Loddon who took the lead with a good shot from midfield. With half time approaching it appeared Herbie was fouled in the penalty area, everybody stopped and looked at the ref who then blew his whistle for halftime.

In the 2nd half Loddon set out to defend their slim lead. Bungay only created one clear chance but shot straight at the goalkeeper, and Sam.Y rattled the post from distance. The ball was spending more time in the hedge behind the Loddon goal than it did on the pitch but unfortunately no additional time appeared to be added at the end.
Bungay's M.O.M : Sam.Y 's mum for quality biscuits.

Oct 12 : Bungay Under 10c 1 - 4 Kirkley & Pakefield A
The 1st round of the Cup saw Bungay at home to a Kirkley team who had won the Shield the previous season. The first half was close with Kirkley taking the lead, only to see Sam.Y equalize with a perfect free kick chipped into the top corner. Harry was doing a great job in defence but Kirkley still managed to retake the lead with a soft goal.  In the 2nd half Kirkley were well organized and passed the ball around nicely. Bungay however didn't manage a single pass and couldn't complain that Kirkley scored 2 more goals. Henry was in great form in goal, otherwise Kirkley would have scored more. This match will hopefully be a lesson for Bungay players how important it is to stay in their positions and to pass the ball. Bungay’s M.O.M  : Harry

Sept 28 : Bohemians U10 6 - 5 Bungay Under 10c
This was certainly a game of 2 halves. In the first half 2 of our players forgot about defending and left big gaps at the back. A well organized Bohemians team took advantage of this and ran in 6 easy goals with no reply from Bungay.
In the 2nd half we came back with a great performance. Adam and Edwardo were solid in defence and Herbie showed some very good movement & finishing up front. With just 4 minutes remaining, Bungay made the score 6-5. The closing minutes were frantic as Bungay came close to an equalizer, but Bohemians also came close to increasing their lead.

Bad luck boys, but hopefully a lesson what happens if you don’t defend properly. Bungay’s M.O.M  : Herbie.

Sept 14 : Bungay Under 10c 3 - 1 Halesworth Under 10
The match started with bad news as Big Sam said he didn't feel well enough to play. Things got worse when Halesworth went 1-0 up midway through the first half.  Bungay did manage to create some good chances in the half though, the best one falling to Herbie who failed to put his head on a great cross from Sam.F.

In the 2nd half, Callum came to grips with his new role in centre midfield and he started to control the game. More chances came Bungay’s way and Callum completed a fine hatrick with 5 minutes remaining. Halesworth were always dangerous though, and all the Bungay team worked really hard to prevent them from scoring. A special mention to Sam.N who playing his first NSYL game did some excellent work in midfield, and was unlucky not to get on the score-sheet.
Bungay's M.O.M : Callum
